Stress is not functional because it does not help you function in your life in fact it is like alcohol or any other drug of choice it impel you. Almost to the point that it creates an illusion that your world is falling down.
You must control the direction of your mind once you control the direction of your mind it will no longer have charge over you.
You must must take control your mind is like a gps system if you set the direction it will go.

No Matter What Anyone Says
There are always negative forces that will constantly surround us because the negative loves the postiive and the misery loves the company.
But you must only hear the negative not listen to it and not receive it. When you receive then it begins to effect you your life, your job, your body, mind and finances.
This stresses your life and constantly keeps you down.
Let me tell you a story a few years ago I was set up on my Job by a fellow employee to fail and yes I lost my Job but within in two weeks the Lord blessed me and I walked into a job under what I went to school for. You see there is a silver lining behind as black cloud.
If constantly dismiss the black cloud you will see the silver lining.
Pray this prayer today....Father God bless me on this day that I don't receive the negative but receive the positive let me see my silver lining in my distress.... Amen

Today Is My Time
To Stress is a state of mine. It shows no hope and no faith in God. When you go through health conditions and financial situations you must know that there is someone else in a worse situation than you.
You have health conditions you must know that there is someone that is laid up somewhere that is unable to move or function.
But you must still know regardless of sickness/ illness you may have that as each day you are above ground it is a another day that you are getting closer to your healing but the more you doubt. the further you push yourself away.
Financial problem swill come and go but it is pointless to worry because every time it happens you will be come through.
Today is your day to walk beyond the stress look at the future.

The Monday Morning Stress
On Friday we end one set of problems to relax for a while , that is when we are supposed to drop off the problems but instead we pick them back up. We are suppose leave the problems behind and not pick it up it is, a process of development, faith , and healing.
You must heal your mind and heart of any let downs, you must develop your understanding of why all problems happen in your life/week It is a self assurance that no matter what you are dealing with to every problem there is a solution.
There steps to fix the that Monday morning stress
1. On Friday forget about the week and what has happened and know that it is over .
2. Think on the good things that have happened during the week
3. Think about what are doing over the weekend not the following week.
4. Don't dedicate your entire weekend to work involve a fun experience.
Fun is what you make it is a inward happiness and
